Information you provide
When you request a showing or contact Jesse, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address or MLS® number, preferred date and additional details. Please do not submit financial account information, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through these forms.
How your information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss properties, arrange showings and provide requested real estate assistance. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an agency relationship or subscribe you to marketing messages.
Form processing
Website inquiries are transmitted using FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded by email to Jesse. That provider may process submitted information to deliver messages and prevent spam. Review FormSubmit’s privacy information for its own practices.
Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and performance. The site does not intentionally require visitors to create accounts.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers involved in delivering messages or as needed to respond to your request or comply with applicable law. Messages may remain in email records for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business recordkeeping or legal requirements.
Your choices
You may contact Jesse to ask questions about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. You can decline to submit a form and call instead.
